Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement clinical study protocols
• Provide scientific input and review for protocol data, medical monitoring reports, and regulatory documents
• Support enrollment projections and assist with the development of subject recruitment and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PharmD or PhD strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years clinical drug development experience
• Strong understanding of biostatistics and data management
• Demonstrated team-building skills and ability to work in a matrix team environment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
