A company is looking for a Cell Line Development Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CHO cell line development, including transfection, selection, and stability assessment
• Design and generate DNA vector constructs for proteins, including monoclonal antibodies
• Operate various instruments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in a relevant field
• Experience with CHO cell culture and CHO cell line development
• Molecular biology skills are required
• Preferred experience in CHO suspension stable cell line development
• Experience with single cell cloning and/or flow cytometry is a plus
