Scientist I/II - CHO Cell Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist I/II - CHO Cell Live Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on CHO cell line development and characterization studies
• Conduct molecular, cellular, and bioprocess development studies for optimized CHO cell lines
• Manage transfection, selection, single cell subcloning, and stability assessment of cell banks

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience for Scientist I; over 3 years for Scientist II
• Experience in CHO cell line development
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culture
• Basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as molecular cloning and PCR/qPCR
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
