Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientist, Safety Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct standard surveillance activities for assigned products by reviewing safety data from various sources
• Collaborate with safety and clinical teams to develop strategies for signal assessments and regulatory requests
• Prepare and maintain safety sections of clinical documents and support the development of global aggregate safety reports

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Nursing) with 2 years of clinical/pharma or safety experience
• Masters or doctorate with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with tools and standards for evaluating drug safety is desirable
• Ability to work independently with guidance from a manager
