Translational Medicine Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Asset Lead - Antibody Drug Conjugates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive early clinical development and decision-making for drug development projects
• Define and implement Translational Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology aspects of Clinical Development Plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely alignment and coordination of work packages

Required Qualifications

• MD or PhD with extensive experience in Clinical Development and Therapeutic Area specialization
• At least ten years of experience in preclinical and clinical drug development
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix environment and early clinical development
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and GCP/ICH requirements
• Demonstrated managerial skills in a global and complex setting
