Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in research operations, UX/program management, or related roles in a technology-driven environment
• 3+ years in people management, building and developing research operations teams
• Advanced understanding of research methodologies and the end-to-end research lifecycle
• Experience optimizing processes and managing research vendors or external partners
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or related certifications preferred
