R&D Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Operations Manager to contribute to the execution of the functional strategy within the clinical biomarker portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute project management and operational activities for biomarker strategies
• Drive supplier management initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Oversee assay development and serve as the primary operational contact for biomarker activities

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant project management experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant project management experience; OR
• Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant project management experience
