Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Pharma Science, NAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific direction for analytical development and quality control across biologics and advanced modalities
• Support the design and implementation of analytical methods and regulatory strategies for successful submissions
• Serve as the primary scientific partner to the commercial team, translating complex scientific concepts into value propositions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a scientific discipline
• 20+ years in analytical development for biologics and advanced therapies
• Proven success in delivering INDs and BLA/MAA approvals with FDA/EMA
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and engage with commercial stakeholders
