Job Summary

A company is looking for an In Vivo Bench Scientist in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in vivo pharmacology expertise in models of neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory diseases
• Conduct and support mechanistic in vivo, in vitro, and ex vivo studies
• Analyze data and present findings to project teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy

Required Qualifications

• Recent PhD, or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in the in vivo neuroinflammation and/or neurodegeneration scientific space
• Working knowledge of biopharmaceutical research and drug discovery
• Hands-on experience with immunohistology, transcriptomic and proteomic methods, and cell culture techniques
• In vivo expertise including mouse brain delivery techniques and rodent brain dissection
• Decision- and action-oriented with a high level of autonomy
