Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Coding - Anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client SLAs and departmental KPIs to ensure targets are achieved
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures while driving process improvement in coding service delivery
• Oversee employee performance management and conduct evaluations, as well as present client reports and participate in thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent in applicable field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field preferred
• Subject matter expertise in anesthesia coding
• Certifications from AAPC and/or AHIMA
