Soybean Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Soy Commercial Production & Resource Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a network of 12-15 third-party soybean seed production multipliers, ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards
• Supervise regional agronomists and seasonal staff to support trait launches and adherence to stewardship protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute crop strategies and long-term supply plans

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in agronomy, seed science, plant science, agricultural economics, supply chain, or a related field; MS or MBA preferred
• 8 years of experience in seed production, seed logistics, or related areas, with a preference for soybean seed expertise
• 4 years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing complex data analytics
• Strong planning and forecasting capabilities with an understanding of financial impacts on COGS and inventory
• Advanced data analytics proficiency and strong negotiation skills
