Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple groups to answer clinical questions and collect necessary clinical data for assessments
• Coordinate timely communication of case decisions to relevant parties following approval and denial management processes
• Review cases and provide clinical decisions regarding Prior Authorizations, Tier Exceptions, and Non-Formulary requests

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2-5 years preferred
• Knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, and Visio is preferable
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
• License Pharmacist
