Job Summary

A company is looking for an Animal Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of voluntary guidelines for enhancing the productivity of small-scale livestock producers
• Draft and review technical documents, reports, and guidelines related to small-scale livestock production
• Provide technical expertise for FAO field projects in small-scale livestock development

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a relevant field
• Five years of relevant experience in livestock sector development
• Full proficiency in English
• Experience in preparing and editing policy or technical documents related to livestock development
• Experience in organizing international meetings
