A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst - Healthcare IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications
- Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across client sites
- Collaborate virtually with colleagues across departments and client practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience) or Associate's degree and 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
- Proven experience in systems analysis and technical support
- Exposure to both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
- Familiarity with system design principles and software development methodologies
- Healthcare IT experience highly desired
