Applications Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst II who will align technology solutions with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply technology to business processes and inform customers about system functionalities
• Act as a technical liaison between internal customers, IT personnel, and vendors
• Participate in testing applications and provide ongoing support post-deployment

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Business Administration preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or closely working with IT on system development
• Knowledge of business processes and ability to gather and analyze software requirements
• Understanding of project management concepts in a cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Visio
