Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architectural Project Manager for Data Center Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more datacenter projects from design through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and design criteria
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and supervise project team members, ensuring successful coordination across all disciplines

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience
• 6+ years of experience in data center - mission critical projects
• 8-10 years of Revit production experience, specifically within data center projects
• Proven knowledge of building, fire, and energy codes
