Staff Engineer - Data Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (S) - Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that align with customer needs and enterprise platform requirements
• Provide leadership and mentoring in IT methodologies such as Agile and DevOps while collaborating across teams and the organization
• Evaluate and manage technology vendors, ensuring the selection of appropriate software solutions for product teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software architecture and integration
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and understanding system integration patterns
• Proficiency in technical leadership and mentoring within engineering teams
• Master's degree in a related field and experience in the Financial Services industry are preferred
