Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and security transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals
• Define and implement modern SDLC and Agile practices to enhance delivery cycles and DevSecOps maturity
• Own the organization's security posture and ensure compliance with SOC 2, FedRAMP, and other frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 7+ years in technology leadership roles, including experience managing managers
• Proven success in leading engineering and security transformations in growth-stage or turnaround environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud technologies and experience with compliance frameworks
