Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Profee Coder Surgical Trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coders, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Assist in achieving budgetary goals and monitor coding performance metrics
• Develop and implement coding policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Health Information or related field with relevant coursework
• Active certification as CCS, CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Surgical Trauma Profee EM coding
• Strong knowledge of coding applications and software
• Experience in managing and developing a coding team
