Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed home inspector or relevant experience
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead a classroom
• Proficient with Zoom and must have own equipment
• Must be a licensed home inspector in AZ or have a similar government credential
