Key Responsibilities

- Create and expand structured training paths and onboarding courses
- Manage and update the Knowledge Base with relevant learning content
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Learning & Development, Customer Education, or Instructional Design (preferably in SaaS)
- Experience in creating online courses, certifications, or CEU programs
- Familiarity with learning tools such as Arcade, Loom, or Articulate
- Knowledge of AI tools like GPT for content creation
- Bonus: Basic design skills or background in interior design/construction administration
