Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop custom instructor-led training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of instructor-led training programs, including needs analysis and evaluation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and recommend continuous learning strategies
- Ensure training materials meet instructional and compliance standards while managing multiple projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Experience in designing custom instructor-led training in a mid-sized company
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
- Proficient in Camtasia and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in L&D within construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades is preferred
