Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop custom instructor-led training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of instructor-led training programs, including needs analysis and evaluation
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and recommend continuous learning strategies
• Ensure training materials meet instructional and compliance standards while managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• Experience in designing custom instructor-led training in a mid-sized company
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
• Proficient in Camtasia and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in L&D within construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades is preferred
