Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for CWP Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and manage up to two cohorts of students in various academic delivery methodologies
• Provide leadership and training for Instructors to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement
• Plan and deliver curriculum while monitoring student progress and facilitating a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
• Experience in developing and implementing curriculum and instructional activities
