Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (US Citizenship REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective learning and development solutions using instructional systems design
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree
• Deep knowledge of instructional design and content development
• Proven experience in developing adult leadership development programs
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
