Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical & Performance Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategy for VISION and CATALYST, ensuring alignment with CDO and R&D priorities
• Lead strategic change initiatives to enhance adoption and maximize impact through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to showcase platform utilization and operational efficiency gains

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12 years' experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare, with a strong background in clinical trials, operations, and analytics
• Prior consulting experience in life sciences or product ownership in a regulated environment is highly desirable
• Proven expertise with enterprise data visualization, performance management, or predictive analytics tools
• Effective leadership skills, with experience in coaching and influencing without direct authority
