Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to facilitate Salesforce initiatives in enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project cycles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and document actionable requirements as User Stories or Business Requirements
• Evaluate existing workflows, recommend optimizations, and lead user acceptance testing and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
• 5+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile environments
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform configuration and business analysis
• Salesforce Administration Certificate is required
