Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data to inform influencer marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring operational excellence and data quality control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 7+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
• Proficiency in Google Suite products, specifically Sheets and Looker
• Strong experience managing and developing a team of data analysts
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creator marketing is a plus
