Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Principal Gift Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support to operationalize principal gift strategy through meetings and project management
- Manage the principal gift pipeline by maintaining updated data in the CRM and coordinating with relevant teams
- Collaborate with various teams to develop individual prospect strategies and ensure effective communication across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is necessary
- Four years of relevant experience is necessary, preferably in development operations or a related field
- Experience in research, prospect development, fundraising, or stewardship is strongly desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines is required
- Proficiency in computer technology, including Windows, Excel, and Word; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tableau is preferred
