Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to support the Minnesota Short-Term Rental Association in leading operations, advocacy initiatives, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through membership and sponsorship sales
• Manage leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
• Oversee social media engagement and email communications to members

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive director or in a closely related role
• Ability to build relationships with policymakers at state and local levels
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
