Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files to identify deficiencies and issues
• Condition loan files accurately and meet turn time objectives
• Analyze complex tax returns and appraisals, providing mentorship to peers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Conventional underwriting
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws
• Expert knowledge of AUS systems (DU, LP)
• Full understanding of FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
• Experience with Encompass and/or Empower is desired
