A company is looking for an Associate Director of Influencer Marketing to oversee and execute influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director to execute influencer marketing strategies and refine internal processes
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including casting, outreach, and content review
- Track influencer KPIs and compile post-campaign reports to identify actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in influencer marketing or related social media fields
- 2+ years of experience supporting or managing teams in a client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of paid and organic influencer strategies
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Familiarity with influencer tools such as Creator IQ and Sprinklr preferred
