Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Learning Operations and Data Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data strategy and integrate analytics across teams
• Lead the design and deployment of data-driven learning platforms and dashboards
• Establish and optimize business and learning operations for performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer/data science, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in leading analytics/data-science teams
• Experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
