Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategies focused on onboarding, retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value
- Create, test, and optimize upsell and cross-sell programs across multiple brands
- Own lifecycle reporting, tracking key retention metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C subscription or e-commerce business
- Proven track record in retention, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value growth
- Strong experience with upsell, cross-sell, and onboarding programs
- Experience with enterprise-level ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Sailthru)
- Strong understanding of automated workflows, segmentation, and dynamic content personalization
