Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director for Product Management, Wellbeing Collective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the product strategy for the Wellbeing Collective, focusing on D365
• Translate stakeholder requirements into effective solutions within D365
• Drive new product features and optimize D365 and related processes

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in SC/Ops and finance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in business systems leadership within dynamic organizations
• Experience in managing teams of Product Managers and external partners
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
