Key Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of competitive intelligence, market research, and audience insights into actionable media strategies
- Shape media approach, channel mix, and budget recommendations to achieve client business objectives
- Support the development of measurement frameworks, reporting, and test-and-learn agendas to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or marketing, with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience required
- Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and campaign management frameworks
- Hands-on experience with analytics reporting, campaign measurement, and competitive/audience/market research
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and delegate to junior team members
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior staff
