A company is looking for a Transformation and Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the OKR process and coach teams on goal-setting practices
• Collaborate with leaders to embed the Product Operating Model and promote cultural shifts
• Coordinate portfolio-level operations and manage communications to enhance engagement and transparency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, product operations, or product leadership roles
• Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation
• Familiarity with modern product methodologies such as Agile and Lean
• Strong portfolio-level operational skills for managing meetings and communications
• Ability to build scalable systems while meeting teams where they are
