A company is looking for a Business Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives, maintaining project documentation
• Analyze complex departmental reports and provide actionable recommendations to project teams
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address issues impacting operations and support departmental audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration and 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in financial analysis, regulatory analysis, process analysis, and technical writing
• Ability to engage others in problem solving and present views clearly across diverse groups
• Experience in audit or consulting is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize employee engagement and development within a team
