Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Strategy & Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the M&A evaluation process, including candidate pipeline and financial projections
• Conduct strategic analysis to support long-range planning and market opportunity identification
• Maintain corporate long-range models and perform scenario analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
• Experience in market analysis and research
• Familiarity with CapitalIQ or similar research databases preferred
