Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business, product, or technology-enabled transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant technical/engineering degree preferred
• Strong understanding of operational processes and technology solutions
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and technology implementation is a plus
