Senior Manager, Partner Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Excellence & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the "Partner Gold Standard" and establish KPIs for partner program success
• Develop partner performance scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability and guide business reviews
• Establish governance models and standardize execution across partner account managers and alliance leads

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in Channel/Alliances
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects and developing operational frameworks
• Experience with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven program and project management skills with a track record of leading multifaceted initiatives
• Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives with business-wide scope and impact
