Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to support high-priority transformation initiatives and drive project management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and report on EHR workflow efforts and their impact
• Drive data analysis to inform decision-making on strategic initiatives
• Manage project plans and communication across multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience, or 5+ years with a Master's Degree
• 2+ years in healthcare strategy & operations consulting
• Experience in value-based care preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
