A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Strategic Pricing and Price Transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops guiding principles for pricing transparency in collaboration with executive leadership
• Oversees compliance with pricing transparency regulations and manages organizational responses to regulatory inquiries
• Leads the development of a strategic pricing approach aligned with the organization's mission and collaborates across various departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory roles
• In-depth knowledge of pricing transparency regulations and hospital pricing structures
• Experience in developing pricing strategies for healthcare services
• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives and project management
