Senior Director, DERs Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Distributed Energy Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for industry leadership and alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with leaders to establish and implement a strategic growth plan for DERs products
• Oversee program portfolios, ensuring timely deliverables and high client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, policy, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in program implementation and business development, particularly in solar
• At least 15 years of work experience with 5 years in leadership of multigenerational teams
• Familiarity with the North American DERs market, especially in distributed generation and storage
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management
