Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry
• At least 3 years in a people leadership role
• Proven leadership and talent development skills
• Experience in launching and scaling strategic programs and initiatives
