Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry
- At least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Proven leadership and talent development skills
- Experience in launching and scaling strategic programs and initiatives
