Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal GTM Operations Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with leadership to define and evolve company-wide go-to-market strategy
- Driving large-scale commercial transformation initiatives across roles, processes, and systems
- Owning end-to-end planning processes, including territory design and quota setting across all sales segments
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, with at least 5+ years at the Senior Director level or above
- Expertise in process reengineering and operational transformation within large organizations
- Experience with enterprise SaaS/subscription business models and customer engagement lifecycles
- Deep knowledge of GTM systems and tools, including Salesforce and Clari
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
