Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Editor to cover ambulatory surgery center news and developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the publication's editorial direction and produce high-quality journalism
• Conduct interviews and moderate events with industry leaders and executives
• Assist in programming and executing industry-leading virtual and live events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in writing, reporting, and/or editing, preferably in health care
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong digital news knowledge and ability to make data-driven editorial decisions
• Willingness to travel for ASCN-relevant events throughout the year
