Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to oversee client programs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-family weatherization program with projected annual revenue of $1M-$3M
• Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure high standards of customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Relevant DSM (energy efficiency/demand response) work experience is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
