Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner and strategic leader for the Community, Justice, and Impact department
• Develop and implement community building strategies and initiatives both internally and externally
• Lead the application of the Justice Framework and measure organizational impact through collaborative efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in a related position
• Experience in leading organizational change and developing frameworks
• Minimum five years of experience in managing and developing staff
• Proven record in collaborative cultural change within organizations
• Understanding of the environmental field and the challenges in advancing justice
