Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk-based audits of operational and compliance processes
• Provide expertise to assess business processes, risks, and controls
• Identify process improvements and monitor remediation activities

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Internal Audit, or Compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (CIA, CAMS, CIPP, etc.) or willingness to obtain within 2-3 years
• Proficiency in accounting and organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and the insurance industry is a plus
