• Prepare parcel and e-commerce client billing in multiple systems
• Record data accurately in shared tools and assist in customer support/escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and carrier partners to resolve issues and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing utilizing complex systems
• Experience in small parcel and e-commerce
• Direct experience with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS
• Advanced skills in Excel
• High school diploma or GED required
